Lukas Haitzmann
Founder
Lukas Haitzmann is the personal brand behind Lukas’ speaking work—officially launched in 2024 after years of sharing raw, honest stories on stages across Europe and the U.S. Speaking in English, Italian, and Austrian, Lukas draws from a unique mix of life experiences: from starting five businesses, to breaking three world records rowing across the Atlantic. His talks blend these personal, academic, business, and sporting lessons into powerful, story-driven sessions that feel more like modern fables than keynotes. He’s spoken to audiences of 800+ people, appeared on National Television across Europe, and featured on dozens of podcasts. Represented by top agencies like Premium Speakers, his message cuts through the noise—no jargon, just lessons that stick.
Greena World
CEO & Co-Founder
In 2021, Lukas co-founded Greena World with a clear mission: to make sustainability the global standard in tourism. What started as an ambitious idea quickly gained momentum—backed by over $500k in angel investment and selected by TechStars, one of the world’s leading startup accelerators. Today, Greena works with hotels and restaurants in 12 countries, helping them measure and improve their environmental impact through the Greena Index—a sustainability framework developed under Lukas’ leadership. As CEO, Lukas continues to drive the company’s growth, fundraising, and global partnerships, supported by a talented and passionate team.
Haitzmann Construction
CEO & Co-Founder
Lukas is the co-founder and CEO of a high-end construction company based in Windsor and London, built on the principles of quality, trust, and reliability. Working with both residential and commercial clients, the company offers a full-service approach to building maintenance and refurbishment—from minor fixes to major re-builds. Known for its attention to detail and no-compromise craftsmanship, the team has become a trusted partner for clients who value clear communication, expert execution, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
Zepta
CEO & Founder
Zepta was Lukas’ first real step into the world of startups—a platform designed to help social media influencers connect and collaborate, often described as the “LinkedIn for creators.” Built while still completing an engineering degree, the experience was a true baptism by fire into business, product development, and everything in between. Though early in his journey, Zepta gave Lukas a front-row seat to the realities of building a tech company from the ground up—and laid the foundation for everything that followed.
BOARD & COMMITTEE ROLES
Royal Yachting Association
Non-Executive Committee membner
Since 2021, Lukas has served as a Non-Executive Board Member on the External Affairs and Cruising Committee (EACC) of the Royal Yachting Association (RYA)—the UK’s national governing body for boating representing 100,000 members. In this role, he provides strategic guidance on sustainability and policy matters, contributing to national initiatives that shape the future of the marine industry. Highlights include supporting The Green Blue, a sustainability program now adopted by over 1,500 UK companies, helping craft policies around recycled materials and the circular economy in boat manufacturing, and advising on the RYA’s organization-wide sustainability strategy. Lukas also played a role in launching the Clean Water Alliance, a cross-industry effort advocating for better water quality, while reviewing long-term sustainability and reporting frameworks across the sector.
Institute of Directors
Berkshire & Surry Ambassador
Since 2022, Lukas has served as the Sustainability, Education, and Skills Ambassador for the Institute of Directors (IoD) in Berkshire and Surrey, also holding a position on the regional committee. Established in 1903 and incorporated by Royal Charter in 1906, the IoD is the UK’s longest-standing organization for professional leaders—committed to promoting free enterprise, influencing government policy, and setting standards for responsible business leadership. Lukas represents the IoD at key events across the region, offering subject-matter expertise on sustainability.
